1) He takes off his diaper in the morning and finds humor in running around his crib peeing all over!
2) He has never been good at being held on a hip, he just doesn't understand that he has to hold on..
3) He has started saying his name when he does something he is proud of which is also ironically also usually something he should not be doing, such as climbing to the top of the couch.
4) However, when he says his name he cant pronounce the L so it comes out Oocas. Its adorable.
5) He is already showing signs of being a future "class clown" he does anything and everything to get people to smile and laugh and if he hears laughter even from a distance he will start laughing too
6) He is a huge FLIRT! He is a little charmer and he knows it. I caught him smiling and waving at a little girl his age at the doctor's office the other day and the little girl's dad kept having to tell her to be quiet.
7) He hates getting in his car seat until...he seems himself in the mirror in the car and then he starts smiling and giggling.
8) He LOVES music. He always has! I remember him jumping around in my tummy when he would hear loud music, and then as a little baby he would love the music in church. Now he sings along in the car with Momma!
9) Some of his favorite songs are Nah Nah Nah Hey Hey Hey Goodbye, All the People Said Amen, Fix My Eyes and our favorite Lucas Elijah song.
10) Luke's vocabulary is growing, growing, growing!! But some of his words need translation:
Ankoo- Thank You
Onks- Tonks
OOcas- Lucas
Ease- Cheese
Caca- Crackers
Nana- Banana
All of these little quirks though make him my perfect, funny, sweet, little boy who I cant believe is 18 months old!! This past year and a half has gone by so quickly and I just cant believe how fast he has gone from my cuddly little infant to my independent active little boy! <3
